History of Soodi Baspar Tech:

Since 2004, Soodi Baspar has been operating as Soodi Trading, importing IML containers for various food industries, especially dairy products. In 2010, the company established Soodi Baspar with the goal of domestic production, investing in complete IML container production line equipment and machinery. With divine grace, this organization has been growing continuously and annually expanding its production lines.

By the end of 2024, the company's production lines will exceed 6 lines with 23 different molds in various shapes and volumes. The development plan has expanded based on domestic market needs and export markets. Based on existing machinery and molds, the monthly production capacity has reached 35 million IML containers, and according to plans, this number will increase to 50 million containers by the end of 2025.

What is IML? How are IML containers produced?

IML (In-Mold Labeling) is a method of label application during the molding process. A pre-printed label is placed inside the mold. When the plastic material is heated and injected into the mold, the label, which has similar materials to the container itself, merges with the product during formation.

In-Mold Labeling or IML is one of the most popular methods for applying labels to plastic containers. When molten plastic material is injected into the mold, the label and plastic container become integrated, making it impossible to separate the label from the container body.

Introduction to Soodi Baspar Tech Company Soodi Baspar has been operating since 2004 as Soodi Trading, importing IML containers for various food industries, especially dairy products. In 2010, following organizational planning, Soodi Baspar was established with the goal of domestic production, investing in complete IML container production line equipment and machinery. By the end of 2024, the company will have over 40 production lines with 33 different molds in various shapes and volumes (lids and bodies), expanding based on domestic and export market needs. The current monthly production capacity is 25 million IML containers, planned to increase to 30 million by the end of 2023.
